Register NOW for the 2026 race!The TTP Cambridge Half Marathon begins at Midsummer Common in the centre of Cambridge, from here the route takes you to the outskirts of Cambridge along some of the busiest roads which will be closed for the race. You will then pass over the river, through Kings College, then Queens College and past Corpus Christi College before entering the beautiful Grantchester. In the final leg of your half marathon, you will be running through the stunning grounds of Jesus College and finishing back at Midsummer Common with an electric welcoming from the spectators.
Please note that our charity places are limited, applying for a charity place does not guarantee you a place in the event. Once we receive your registration we will be in touch to confirm if we have places available and to arrange either payment of your registration fee or for you to be added to our waiting list.

If you have been lucky enough to secure your own place in the general ballot, we’d love for you to join #TeamAddenbrookes. You’d benefit from the same support package as our charity runners, and we’d love to have you help to make your hospital even better.
