Cambridge Commodities has been partnered with ACT since 2019. Ely based, with a global reach, Cambridge Commodities has over 20 years’ experience in quality and sourcing to passionately provide over 2500 nutritional ingredients to the sports nutrition, animal nutrition, food & beverage and health & wellbeing industries.
From walking and bike challenges, gala balls, bake sales to raffles and sweepstakes the team at Cambridge Commodities have to date raised over £460,000 for Addenbrooke’s!
As well as funding much needed equipment for the hospital, staff have been keen to get involved in volunteering opportunities through the partnership – from wrapping Christmas presents for patients to competing and marshalling at events such as Cambridge Half Marathon to handing out daffodils to hospital staff at Easter.

When we reached out to staff seven years ago we did a staff survey to ask which charity to support during the year and Addenbrooke’s won the most votes.
