When will I receive my running top/vest?
Running tops are being packed and sent on Thursday 29th January 2026 so you should begin to receive them within a week of this date. If you have not received a top by the middle of Feb let us know ASAP so we make sure you have a top in time for race day.
Race packs will begin to be delivered from 21 February to the address each athlete has provided in the entry portal. Please note that race packs will only be sent to UK mainland addresses. Athletes have until 29 January at 16:00 to check and update their delivery details.
Athletes who have chosen to collect their race pack in person will only be able to do so during the following times: Friday, 12:00–18:00, and Saturday, 10:00–16:00. If an athlete changes their mind and would prefer their race pack to be posted instead, they can update this preference in the portal until 29 January at 16:00.
All athletes currently listed in the portal were sent an email from us on 13 January confirming their details and explaining how to make changes. You can view a draft of this email here.
Do I have to send over the money myself from Enthuse?
No – any money raised on your enthuse fundraising page will automatically be sent / transferred over to us, so you will have no further action once you have raised all your money.
What happens if I need to pull out of the event?
If you need to withdraw, and do so before Sunday 4th January, ACT will endeavour to reallocate your place. If this has been possible, you will not be held liable for the minimum fundraising target.
If you withdraw after 4th January. You will still be held liable for the full ÂŁ350 minimum sponsorship commitment.
Who do I receive information from regarding start times, location and bag drop off etc.?
