ACT Awards

Our ACT awards recognise and celebrate the innovative work and generous help our supporters give to say thank you to Addenbrooke's and the Rosie hospitals. Winners of the ACT Awards will be announced at Addenbrooke's Celebration Afternoon on Friday 30th November 2018.

 

Young Fundraiser of the Year (under 15 years old) 

The Young Fundraiser of the Year award is given in recognition of a dedicated young fundraiser (aged 15 or under) who has demonstrated outstanding fundraising commitment to Addenbrooke's and the Rosie hospitals contributing energy, skills and time. 

Please email your nomination to emily.willdigg@act4addenbrookes.org.uk and state clearly: Why the person is being nominated, their name and age, what it is they have done and the impact of their commitment. 


General criteria and guidance

  1. Nominations may also include supporting information such as relevant literature, media coverage, etc. Extra info should be e-mailed to emily.willdigg@addenbrookes.org.uk clearly identifying which nomination it refers to.
  2. Each nomination will be judged by a panel appointed by ACT.
  3. Each category will have a winner*, with no runners up.
  4. Full Members and supporters of Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust (ACT) are eligible to nominate individuals.
  5. No one employed by Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust (ACT) may enter the awards.
  6. The closing date for nominations in all categories is 18 November 2018.
  7. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence can be entered into.
  8. *In certain circumstances, if the standard of nominations is considered not high enough, the judges may elect not to make a particular award.
  9. NOTE: The closing date for nominations for the ACT Awards is midnight on Sunday 18th November 2018. We'll be announcing our winners on Friday 30th November 2018 at the Addenbrooke's Celebration Afternoon.
