Working & Volunteering for ACT

Intern (Addenbrooke’s Abroad)

We are looking for someone with strong administration, research and writing skills, and a passion for global health and international development to help us build this exciting programme and expand its reach.

Addenbrooke's Abroad, part of Addenbrooke’s Charitable Trust, was established ten years ago, in response to increasing recognition within the NHS and at Cambridge University Hospitals that engaging with global health has benefits for patients and health care workers both overseas and in the UK. We are proud of the fact that Cambridge University Hospitals is now one of only a few NHS Foundation Trusts with a dedicated programme supporting global health activity. The Addenbrooke’s Abroad team manages a complex and growing programme of work on global health, based on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.

This is a fixed term internship from October 2017-April 2018
