Lands End to John O'Groats cycle ride

Raising money for Head and Neck Cancer Care at the Addenbrooke's Oncology Centre
"On the 18th of July this summer I will begin my 950mile cycle ride from Lands End to John O’Groats, Scotland. Each day I will be covering between 75 and 90 miles of English, Welsh and Scottish countryside. My route will take me from Cornwall into Devon and Somerset, through Bristol, across the Severn Bridge into Wales and the Forest of Dean and on north to Liverpool. After a quick visit to Goodison Park (sorry Mick – he was a Man Utd fan!) my ride will head to and then through the Lake District. The final section will be the whole of Scotland including Glasgow, the Great Glen where I hope to see Nessie in Loch Ness and get some extra sponsorship from him before the final section from Inverness to John o Groats. I plan to finish the ride on the 30th of July.
