In January, the on-site branch of Barclays Bank launched its new account scheme for staff.
The staff new account scheme has been set up by Barclays to help provide charitable donations to the hospital and benefits for staff. Each time a staff member opens a new account at the on-site branch, Barclays donate £10 to the hospital.
In addition every time an account is transferred to Barclays from another bank by a member of staff, that staff member gets £25 with a further £25 donated to the hospital.
All proceeds from this scheme will be donated to the ACT General Funds which are available to help all wards and departments at Addenbrooke’s Hospital and the Rosie Hospital.
